More cheese, please! I can finally eat dairy again! I’m so happy with this product. I realised I am not lactose intolerant, as lactose-free products still caused me dreadful cramps and gut issues. Instead, I'm intolerant to casein in milk. These tablets have restored my freedom. I usually take two before dairy meals, and they work so effectively that I often forget I am intolerant. Thank you!

Game changer for digestion
I can fully digest milk now. I've had severe stomach cramps since childhood whenever I consumed dairy. Lactase and lactase-free products didn’t help, so these dairy digest tablets are a game changer. 90 pills, what a nice amount! Today I took a pill with vanilla ice cream and didn’t feel any cramps. I had issues from being allergic to lactose. I wonder why it took until the third dose for me to notice sensitivity improvements?

My salvation! I have complete lactose intolerance, which I recently discovered. There were issues with my intestines - flatulence, bloating, cramps and colic. I found the cause to be lactase deficiency. Initially, I completely eliminated dairy and fermented products. Once the symptoms subsided, I began to cautiously reintroduce fermented milk with a pharmacy enzyme. Although it didn't always work, bloating persisted. After trying this enzyme, things improved significantly. I take one capsule before consuming dairy or fermented products. I'm very pleased there's such a remedy; I always carry it with me, allowing me to enjoy my preferred foods. Living without cheese and ice cream has been challenging. For me, this enzyme has become a lifesaver.

However, after starting this supplement and taking one pill before consuming products that may contain dairy, it really helps with lactose digestion, preventing any symptoms. This enzyme aids in digesting milk protein, which our bodies no longer produce in sufficient amounts as we age. Great quality! I enjoyed pizza and took the pill. No discomfort at all! This enzyme worked well, was easy to swallow and aided my digestion without causing any stomach cramps.
